Our client is a medium-sized accountancy practice based in Offaly. They have a very wide range of clients both domestic and international.

Role: Tax Senior

They are seeking a candidate with a number of years' experience in a Tax department or Senior in an accountancy firm where they are involved in finalising tax returns with each assignment. Working closely with their Partners, the role will be quite varied and the successful candidate will be expected to assist clients (both corporate and personal) across the broad spectrum of taxes. This will include:

• Reviewing Tax computations prepared by Audit staff
• Review of Audit files for Tax points
• Working with Tax Partner on consultancy assignments
• Advising clients on personal tax issues
• Full involvement in client meetings

This role offers the candidate an opportunity to become involved in interesting assignments.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should preferably be a qualified AITI or have an accountancy qualification
• A number of year’s experience within the Tax department of a quality practice or quality accountancy firm
• Proactive
